HRPSP is expanding its in-house HR team across major cities and is on the lookout for passionate, detail-oriented, and people-driven professionals to join us!
As an HR Executive, you’ll be supporting core HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement—while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Execute and support HR operations
✔ Maintain employee records and documentation
✔ Coordinate attendance, payroll & leave management
✔ Assist in appraisals, training, and engagement activities
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies
✔ Manage HR-related queries via internal portals

Who We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields
🧠 1–3 years of HR experience
💻 Strong MS Office and HRMS (e.g., Flexi HRM) skills
🤝 Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving abilities
