Hr Executive

Description:

As HR Executive at Web Cube Technologies, you will serve as the backbone of our people operations. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for remote roles, enhancing team engagement, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and supporting a healthy and scalable remote-first culture.

You’ll work closely with department heads to source the right talent, conduct interviews, oversee onboarding, and build a positive virtual workplace where performance and innovation thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for remote roles across technical and non-technical departments.

• Source, screen, and evaluate applicants through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring funnel.

• Design and manage onboarding processes that ensure smooth virtual integration.

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and policy compliance.

• Develop and execute remote-friendly engagement initiatives and feedback loops.

• Support payroll processing, time tracking, and performance review cycles.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR best practices.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace concerns and promote a positive culture.
