Description:

SyncScrum is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team at the Gulberg, Lahore office. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations aligned with best practices and company goals. This is an on-site role designed for a proactive individual passionate about employee development, engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards to support organizational objectives.

  • Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives to enhance skills and productivity.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely guidance and support on various HR matters to foster a positive workplace environment.

  • Support performance management activities including conducting appraisals, gathering feedback, and helping implement performance improvement plans.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives aimed at building a motivated, inclusive, and productive workforce.

  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and company regulations.

  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, legislation, and best practices to continuously enhance HR function effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, training, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport across all organizational levels.

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
