As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in handling core HR functions including attendance management, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience with attendance software and SAP systems, along with a good understanding of labor laws in Pakistan. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance and leave records using specialized attendance software
Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and compliance procedures
Assist in payroll coordination and maintain accurate employee databases
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
Provide support in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
Generate HR reports and maintain SAP entries and records accurately
Participate in HR audits and ensure proper record-keeping
Collaborate with various departments to execute HR strategies efficiently
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Proficiency in Excel, attendance management systems, and SAP is required
Good knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
