As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in handling core HR functions including attendance management, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience with attendance software and SAP systems, along with a good understanding of labor laws in Pakistan. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance and leave records using specialized attendance software

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and compliance procedures

  • Assist in payroll coordination and maintain accurate employee databases

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies

  • Provide support in handling employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Generate HR reports and maintain SAP entries and records accurately

  • Participate in HR audits and ensure proper record-keeping

  • Collaborate with various departments to execute HR strategies efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

  • Proficiency in Excel, attendance management systems, and SAP is required

  • Good knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
