Description:
Dynaverse Tech is actively seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-rounded HR Executive or Specialist to manage core HR functions during the night shift at their PECHS Block-2 office. This role demands a hands-on professional with comprehensive knowledge and experience across recruitment, HR operations, payroll processing, employee retention, and engagement initiatives, ideally within the technology or software sector.
The candidate will be entrusted with executing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documents. Additionally, the role requires effective payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely processing alongside finance teams.
Beyond administrative tasks, the HR Executive will play a key role in employee engagement by planning activities to boost workplace morale, supporting retention efforts, and conducting exit and stay interviews to gather actionable insights. The role also serves as the primary HR contact during night hours, requiring excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential employee matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment records to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
HR Operations
Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and other essential HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and prepare comprehensive monthly HR reports for management.
Draft offer letters, confirmation letters, HR memos, and other official communications accurately and professionally.
Payroll & Compliance
Compile, verify, and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance data, leaves, and deductions.
Collaborate with finance to ensure smooth and timely payroll execution every month.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, updating procedures as necessary to maintain compliance.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and implement employee engagement activities aimed at improving morale and workplace culture.
Support employee retention initiatives by conducting stay and exit interviews, identifying areas for improvement.
Address employee queries and concerns promptly and confidentially, fostering a supportive work environment.
HR Communication & Policy Support
Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Act as the key HR contact during the night shift to resolve employee issues and provide HR guidance.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of professional HR experience, preferably within IT or software companies.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and payroll fundamentals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS or HR software tools is advantageous.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
