2. HR Executive based in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Sr. HR Executive (Korangi):

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for clients.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Liaise with clients to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to clients in the food industry (preferred).

• HR Executive (Hyderabad):

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities.

  • Provide administrative support in HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Sr. HR Executive (Korangi):

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

  • Background in the food industry preferred.

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.

• HR Executive (Hyderabad):

  • 1–2 years of HR experience.

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
