Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an HR Executive (Generalist). The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing HR policies, employee relations, and human resources management tasks. The role includes recruiting, on-boarding, conducting training sessions, handling employee grievances, and ensuring company compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will work closely with different departments to support overall business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements
- Oversee medical insurance, EOBI, and gratuity processes
- Handle taxation matters and ensure timely submissions and reporting
- Assist in annual budget planning and departmental expense tracking
- Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for hiring workflows
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support payroll-related tasks
- Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented and aligned with labor laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations in educational industry.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, benefits administration, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software systems and ATS tools
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential data
