Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ MBA/BBA (HR/Marketing) from a reputable university.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
✔ Strong expertise in LinkedIn and job platforms for sourcing talent.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
