·To provide support in managing employees’ grievances
·Assist in handling different employee grievance issues and track record of all the incident occurred.
·Designing the employee engagement calendar
·Assess organizational climate through employee surveys
·Policy track register management.
·Policy versions management.
·Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
·Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
