• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to make it more efficient.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs.
• Work with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and their integration into the organization.
• Ensure that the account opening process for new employees adheres to all regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance with Ufone.

Qualification : Bachelors / Masters in (Human Resource Management)

Experience : 2 Years.
