✔Qualification
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor/master in BBA or human resources.
 ✔ Experience Required  
-1-2 year in IT(Design /Ebook /BPO industry)
-Must have Bulk Hiring experience

✔ Job Responsibilities
 1. Should possess good communication.
2. Look after the Recruitment & Selection Process
-Posts job openings, screens resumes
-conducts interviews of the walk-in candidate 
 -Scheduling and Strong following up on candidates
 3.Knowledge of the employee On-boarding 
4. Should be able to coordinate actively in Employee effectiveness activities.
