The role includes assistance of Manager in Talent Acquisition and day-to-day HR Operations.

Job Description:

  • Assist the manager in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions for the new hires
  • Perform day-to-day HR operations including employees’ record in HRIS and hard files, Comps & Benefits administration, Confirmations and Transfers, Resignations, Clearance & Final Settlements and issuance of various HR letters etc.
  • Assist in creating various HR reports.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • knowledge of HRIS is a plus
