🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or a related field
✔ 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
✔ Retail industry experience will be preferred
✔ Strong coordination, communication & reporting skills

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Handle HR documentation and prepare reports
• Coordinate with sales teams and distribution staff
• Visit distribution centers for operational support
• Ensure smooth communication between field teams and head office

📌 Job Nature:
This is a hybrid role involving both office-based work and field visits. Candidates should be comfortable with on-site responsibilities and traveling within the city. (Preference may be given based on role requirements.)
