This is a pivotal role requiring an experienced HR professional to partner with sales leadership and drive people-centric initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding, offboarding, and seamless integration of new sales team members.

- Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of the sales team.

- Manage performance reviews, foster employee development, and support succession planning initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in a commercial or sales-driven environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Expertise in performance management and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and legal standards.
