Infinix Pakistan is looking for HR Business Partner

Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: BBA / MBA with Specialization in HRM

• Assist line managers with the execution of HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent, employee relations, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and interpretation of employment policies and practices

• Career management and succession plans in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent

• Reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the company. Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency, Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business

• Liaise with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) on various HR Compensation, Employment Law, HR Control and Compliance, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Reporting

• Managing the payroll cycle by taking the KPIs feedback and Sales Incentives while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
