📢 We’re Hiring – HR Business Partner | Lahore

We are looking for a dynamic and dependable HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Lahore.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a hands-on HR generalist capacity and can effectively partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. The position will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, while maintaining a strong understanding of overall HR operations.

📍 Location: Lahore
💼 Experience: 5–7 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
🎓 Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in HR)

🔎 Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
• Exposure to Employee Engagement initiatives and people programs
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of HR initiatives and drive outcomes independently
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools and HRIS platforms

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for assigned business units.
• Drive Talent Management and development initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to key stakeholders, advising on people-related matters.
• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
