Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leadership to drive people strategy, manage talent, enhance performance, and ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational objectives.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in performance management and employee relations
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (SAP is a plus)
