DaticsAI is looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in technical recruitment within a software house, along with exposure to core HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent while supporting day to day HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
⇨ Requirements
• 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment and HR operations
• Experience hiring Software Engineers and other IT professionals
• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast paced environment
⇨ Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
• Support day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Respond to employee queries and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
