TransLinguist is looking for a motivated HR Associate with 1 year of experience and a degree in Human Resources to join our growing team.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Support recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Assist in payroll and day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate training sessions and performance review cycles.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
