Key Responsibilities:

✅ HR Setup & Strategy – Develop HR policies, structures, and processes to support a growing team.
✅ Employee Life Cycle Management – Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
✅ Payroll & Compliance – Manage employee records, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
✅ Employee Relations & Engagement – Address employee concerns, promote a positive work culture, and run engagement initiatives.
✅ Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Develop hiring strategies and strengthen employer branding.

Requirements:

✔ 1-2 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of people management.
✔ Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proactive and self-driven with an interest in building HR functions from the ground up.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and Canva is a plus.
