Requirements & Skills:
• Strong experience in managing recruitment drives and sourcing top talent
• Ability to develop, update, and enhance job descriptions
• Experience in performance management with a focus on optimizing employee performance
• Understanding of effective organizational development strategies
• Ability to collaborate with the HR team for internal audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
