COMET Estimating is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.

Location: Garhi Shahu, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
* Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives
* Promote a positive workplace culture and employee relations

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in HR operations is a plus
