Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions, including employee record management and documentation.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Attendance & Leaves: Monitor daily attendance logs and manage leave records.
- Payroll Assistance: Help gather data for monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee details.
- Policy Compliance: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and maintain updated employee files.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and data formatting).
- HRMS Knowledge: Prior experience working with HR Management Systems (HRMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.
