We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing general HR concerns and employee queries.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers for day-to-day activities and employee-related matters.
- Maintain company-wide communication and accurate HR record keeping.
- Track employee performance and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
- Issue employment-related documents such as contracts, salary slips, and certificates.
- Maintain payroll-related records and support the payroll process.
- Support the performance review, recruitment activities and appraisal process.
- Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
- Review employee-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Identify and report workflow or process issues and propose improvements.
- Conduct routine checks to maintain HR policy compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations or HR software is a plus.
