### ✅ **Requirements:**

🎓 Master’s in **HRM**, **MPhil**, or a **related field**
💼 At least **1 year of experience** in HR/Admin roles
🗣️ **Excellent English communication** (spoken & written) – Minimum proficiency **7/10**
📧 Confident in writing professional emails with proper grammar
🤝 Presentable, professional, and well-mannered
