Description:
Gradvisors Pvt. Ltd., a forward-thinking professional development company specializing in academic and career counselling, is hiring an HR and Communication Officer. This role is vital for establishing and managing clear communication among clients, universities, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating appointments, ensuring data accuracy on portals, and fostering professional interaction between all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain robust communication channels with clients, universities, and portal representatives.
Initiate, schedule, and manage Zoom or in-person meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure the accurate and thorough completion of client data and information on portals.
Communicate proactively with interview candidates and clients to maintain consistent and effective correspondence.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, or a related field.
0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive, diligent work ethic.
Ability to multitask and manage several communication platforms efficiently.
Proficiency in organizing meetings and using communication software/tools.
