Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead overall HR strategy, policies, and systems
Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
Design and implement performance management frameworks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
Supervise payroll coordination, HR operations, and records
Mentor, manage, and develop the HR team

Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in building HR structures and teams
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
