🎯 Ideal Candidate:
8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and organizational development

Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.

💼 Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
