Role Overview: Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function with strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership. This role is critical to shaping company culture, driving talent strategy, and ensuring full legal and procedural compliance across the organization.

 

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development.
  • Policy & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all HR policies are legally sound, up-to-date, and effectively enforced. Maintain compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee recruitment strategy, build strong pipelines, and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Employee Relations & Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Lead conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Design competitive salary structures, manage payroll oversight, and optimize benefits programs.
  • Performance & Capability Development: Implement performance appraisal systems, training frameworks, and leadership development programs.
  • Risk Mitigation & Legal Documentation: Manage sensitive HR matters with discretion. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support legal defense when needed.

 

Candidate's Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including proven leadership in strategic roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior management
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • High emotional intelligence with a strong ethical compass and strategic mindset
  • Expertise in core HR functions including talent management, organizational development, and HR operations
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Hands-on experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Prior experience in Amazon Agency, E-commerce, or a fast-paced digital environment will be considered an asset
