SOAL Technologies is looking for an experienced Global Recruiter with strong U.S. hiring experience to join our team in Karachi.If you have a proven ability to source top talent, manage end-to-end recruitment, and recruit for technical and light industrial positions in the U.S. market, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. recruitment is essential.
• Experience hiring for technical and light industrial roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
