📍 Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
🕘 Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
📅 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Post job ads on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Maintain recruitment reports and records

🔹 Requirements:
Experience in HR / Recruitment (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shift
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
