Erp Consultant Hr Module

 

Description:

We are seeking a technically proficient and client-focused ERP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR to support our growing ERP practice in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day support tickets, configure HR modules, and collaborate directly with clients—primarily from ERP-focused firms serving the Pakistani market.

Key Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.

Proven track record in handling and resolving L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to HR modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Payroll integration, Org Management).

Strong technical understanding of HR business processes and system integrations.

Experience working with ERP consulting firms or software vendors that serve clients primarily in Pakistan is a strong preference.

Must be based in Karachi and available for immediate joining.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise directly with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.

Exposure to end-to-end implementation cycles (not just support).

Familiarity with local HR compliance and payroll practices in Pakistan.
