Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation / HR Officer (Junior) to support our HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting in daily HR operations. This junior-level role focuses on record-keeping, data entry, onboarding support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain and organize employee files (physical and digital).
- Accurately update employee records in HR software/HRIS.
- Ensure contracts, forms, memos, and attendance sheets are complete and properly filed.
2. HR Data Entry & Software Management
- Enter attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related data in the system.
- Assist in generating simple HR reports using HR software.
- Keep databases organized and ready for audits or management reviews.
3. Recruitment Support
- Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate lists.
- Coordinate with applicants regarding interview timings and required documents.
4. Onboarding Assistance
- Prepare joining documents and new employee files.
- Collect and record required documents from new hires in HRIS.
- Support senior HR staff during orientation and onboarding sessions.
5. HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Perform routine HR admin tasks (scanning, printing, filing).
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance data.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Comfortable using HR software or willingness to learn HRIS.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in documentation or data entry is a plus.
