Director/ Head Of Human Resources

Khazana Enterprise (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Director of HR who is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies, objectives, policies, and programs encompassing all aspects of human capital management to support the accomplishment of business objectives. Other responsibilities include advising management on sound practices in the areas of employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities: 

1. Support management in the design, development, and implementation of the organization structure to meet current and future business needs.
2. Develop, coordinate and implement a succession planning process to ensure the availability of talent.
3. Develop and implement compensation & benefits programs to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable.
4. Ensure that the compensation & benefits programs are appropriate and cost-effective. Revise and adjust as needed.
5. Develop, coordinate and implement annual objectives setting program and Performance appraisal system for all employees.
6. Develop, coordinate and implement HR systems, policies & procedures.
7. Ensure employees awareness of management’s concerns, requirements, and complaints.
8. Ensure management’s awareness of employees’ concerns, suggestions, and complaints.
9. Develop employment offers and handle local & international relocations for key personnel. 

Credentials & Experience: 

1. Educational degrees from a recognized local and/or international university
2. MBA HR Preferred
3. Minimum 10 + years required experience in the related field
4. Preferred related experience in SMG, multinational or similar companies

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Strong Analytical – ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills; Teamwork; People oriented.
4. Adequate knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Office software.
5. Excellent management and leadership skills.
6. Strong background with exposure in all facets of the Human Resources department.
7. Good coaching skills.
