Client Service Event Specialist

Description:

· Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.

· Regular Client Servicing, Customer relationship management and Networking within the Industry Arena.

· Manage the complete process of an event including planning stage, running the actual event itself and the post-event evaluation.

· Create integrated event plans including budget, vendor selection, and post-event follow-up.

· Plan operational and partner alliance functions to ensure event is delivered efficiently.

· Assign event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down.

· Track and report event ROI based on key objectives and Best practices.

· Lead and manage the development team to ensure that all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

• Recent Graduates
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges.
• Hands on with Microsoft Office.
