HRFIRST is looking for a Assistant Manger Training and Development for a leading MNC Health Care Company in Karachi.

Position: Assistant Manger Training and Development

Responsibilities:
Develop strategic policies and programs and monitor activity and programs.
Establish policies for employees to follow, and act as a liaison with an outside agency that handles the arrangements.
Handle and oversee all Arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and Operations.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Conduct effective orientation sessions, and sessions related to Employee engagement.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
Drive continuous improvement of travel and training programs.

Minimum requirement
Must have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration / Human Resources.
5 years of experience in training portfolio.

Other Skill set required
Well-organized and reliable
Proven experience. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Working knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
