TMR Consulting is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to take the lead in driving our people strategy and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture. This is a critical role that involves overseeing key HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
    • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee integration
    • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
    • Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to leadership
    • Plan and execute training and development initiatives
    • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures
    • Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
    • Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
    • Strong conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities
