TMR Consulting is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to take the lead in driving our people strategy and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture. This is a critical role that involves overseeing key HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee integration
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to leadership
- Plan and execute training and development initiatives
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities
