HRPSP is expanding its in-house HR team and looking for an Assistant Manager HR Operations who is organized, reliable, and passionate about strengthening HR processes. If you enjoy bringing structure, accuracy, and consistency to HR workflows, this is the role for you.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations across the HRPSP workforce
Maintain employee records, HR files, and data accuracy
Support onboarding, exits, and overall HR documentation
Coordinate with attendance & payroll teams for smooth processing
Improve HR processes for better speed, clarity, and compliance
Provide timely HR guidance and support to employees

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business
2–4 years of hands-on HR operations experience
Strong command over MS Excel and HRIS systems
Good communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination
Someone who values trust, confidentiality, and detail-oriented work
