Atlas Engineering Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager HR to join its Human Resources team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes and ensuring seamless execution of operational tasks in alignment with company objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR systems, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Assistant Manager HR will manage day-to-day HR operations including employee data management, HR documentation, and the implementation of best HR practices to improve overall workplace efficiency. A key part of the role is the ability to analyze data using advanced Excel tools and HRMS platforms to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

This position demands a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with internal departments to streamline HR activities, resolve operational challenges, and contribute to a positive organizational culture. The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, problem-solving capabilities, and an eagerness to drive HR excellence.


Required Qualifications:

  • MPA or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.


Experience Required:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR functions across various domains.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong command of HRMS systems and advanced Excel for data-driven analysis.

  • Solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.

  • Capable of working across departments to promote collaboration.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
