G&Z Paper Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pakistan’s paper manufacturing sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our growing team.

🔹 Position Overview

The Assistant Manager HR will play a key role in managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record management
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leaves, EOBI, and Social Security matters
• Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal HR policies
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives
• Act as a liaison between management and employees on HR-related matters

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
• Ability to work independently while handling confidential matters professionally
