Develop and execute HR policies aligned with organizational goals

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters
Drive engagement, recognition, and well-being programs
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively
