Key Responsibilities (Expected):

Qualifications (Expected):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven decision-making

  • Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively
