"Assistant Manage HR”
Qualification: Master’s / Professional Certification Preferable
Experience: 4-5 Years of experience with at least 3 years of Team Lead experience.
Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:
• Take initiatives, plan and organize employee engagement & motivational activities/celebrations like nursing day celebration, doctor’s day, Etc.
• Prepare and circulate the monthly newsletter of the organization from the HR department.
• Play an active role in employee motivation using diverse strategies
• Perform quarterly performance evaluation of the HR team and train them on their areas of improvement.
• Support Head of HR to implement the practices of performance appraisal in the organization on the basis of master job sheet
• Execute the process of performance appraisal of the organization.
• Run disciplinary process when and where required as per the policies
• Listen, Deal, and take actions on the grievances received as per organizational policies
• Prepared and share lesson learned from any incident to managers and employees 
• Active involvement in system update and new system building needs and device improvement steps. 
• View all relevant reports from system.
• Make protocols, policies, sops, reports that in future can be replicated/transferred to software.  
Skills:
• Excellent management skills.

• Excellent MS Excel skills are must.
• Sense of ownership and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
