Description:
We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, specifically handling non-tech recruitment (80%) and HR operations (20%). This is a single-person HR role, requiring the ability to independently manage the entire HR function.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for non-technical roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with company requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations (20%)
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

General HR Management
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide HR support to management on various HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Pakistan's labor laws is a plus.
