Position: Assistant Manager HR – Talent Acquisition

Company: Himont Group

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Experience: 4–5 years, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across Pakistan
* Handle onboarding and induction processes
* Coordinate with departmental and sectional heads on hiring needs
* Attract talent through social media, employer branding, and job fairs
* Coordinate with recruitment consultants and staffing agencies

Requirements:

* Master’s degree or Business graduate with a major in Human Resources
* 4–5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in Talent Acquisition
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
