Position/Job Title: Assistant Manager HR , Recruitment & Selection (Retail)

Requirements:
Graduate (4-year degree) from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR), or a related discipline.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in a retail chain with multiple sales outlets.
Retail hiring experience is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food industry.
Strong communication, interviewing, sourcing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS/recruitment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire retail staff in coordination with the Sales Management team.
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across all retail locations.
Achieve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, fill rate, and quality of hire.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor staffing levels and recruitment progress.
Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Prepare periodic recruitment and staffing reports for management.
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for new hires.
