Position: Assistant Manager HR (Organization Development)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 120,000
Experience: 3–4 years in Organizational Development, HR Excellence, or related role.

Job duties:

* Experience in KPI management & performance systems
* SOP development & process improvement expertise
* Knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement & succession planning
* Experience in training programs, TNA & software implementation.
* Lead OD initiatives and change management projects
* Design & monitor KPIs across departments
* Develop and standardize SOPs & HR policies
* Manage performance appraisal processes
* Drive employee engagement and L&D initiatives
* Prepare dashboards, reports & analytics for management
