• Manage recruitment and hiring processes
• Support training and employee development
• Handle employee relations and HR operations
• Ensure HR compliance and policies implementation

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Experience in Recruitment, Training & Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR compliance and performance evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Experience required 1.5 to 2 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
