🧾 Position: Assistant Manager HR
📍 Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Global Bloom is Hiring "Assistant Manager Human Resources" (Preferably Female & Immediate joiner).
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR who can
independently manage end-to-end HR operations and support management in maintaining a positive and structured work environment.

🎓 Qualification: MBA (HR) / MPA
📝 Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and conflict-handling skills.

📅 Days: Monday to Friday
⏲️ Timings:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Market Competitive

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete talent acquisition and hiring cycle
- Handle HR operations, payroll, documentation, attendance, and employee records
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure labor law compliance
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for employees. 
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
