🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance and effective implementation of HR policies.
Design and execute employee engagement & retention initiatives.
Provide HR insights and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.

🔹 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
7–8 years of progressive HR experience (BPO experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
