As an Autocad Architectural Draftsman with 7-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in creating precise and detailed architectural drawings, ensuring that our projects are executed with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Design: Produce high-quality architectural drawings and plans using Autocad software, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of architectural designs.
- Detailed Documentation: Create comprehensive sets of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Material and Code Compliance: Ensure that all architectural drawings and plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Review and revise drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
- 3D Modeling: Proficiency in 3D modeling tools to create visual representations of architectural designs when required.
- Project Coordination: Work in tandem with project managers to meet project deadlines and coordinate revisions and updates as necessary.
- Client Communication: Participate in client meetings to present and discuss design concepts and drafts, addressing client feedback and incorporating changes as needed.
- Technology Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest Autocad software features and industry trends, incorporating technological advancements into your drafting processes.

Qualifications:
- DAE Civil or related field is preferred.
- 7-8 years of experience as an Autocad Architectural Draftsman in an architecture design firm.
- Proficiency in Autocad and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
